Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Automate ("the Service"), operated at automate-mybusiness.com, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

Automate provides AI-powered business automation scanning and recommendations. The Service analyses publicly available website content to suggest automation workflows tailored to your business. We also offer a library of pre-built automation workflows, custom automation plans, and a Pro subscription for expanded access.

3. Accounts

• You may sign in using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Free and Pro plans

• Free plan — 1 business scan per month. Access to the workflow library and tool directory.
• Pro plan — 50 business scans per month, ability to save scans, and priority support. Billed monthly via Stripe.
• Scan limits reset on the 1st of each month.
• We reserve the right to modify plan features and pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Payments and refunds

• Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
• Custom automation plans are one-time payments. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems.
• Submit malicious URLs or content designed to exploit the scanning system.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit scan results without permission.
• Circumvent scan limits or abuse the Service in any way.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, workflows, and content, is owned by Automate. Scan results generated for your business are yours to use. The underlying technology, prompts, and recommendation engine remain our intellectual property.

8. Disclaimers

• Automation recommendations are AI-generated suggestions, not guarantees. Results may vary.
• We do not guarantee specific time or cost savings from implementing suggested workflows.
• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not responsible for third-party tools or services referenced in our recommendations.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Automate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service.
